Press Run Aftermath

Yes, the Press Run had been over for 15 days. The Cat had been resting in his lair ever since. The early hours of race day was kind of a mock up disaster, woke up ‘late’ at 530am, missed my breakfast, left my Nike+ Sensor and can’t find my running buddy until the start of the race. The rest are history, clocked in 1hr 17 mins way beyond my expectation. Not bad at all. As usual, those African hyper sprinters clinched the top 3 position, somebody told me they clocked 40 min… pheeeww.. that’s what I called ‘run for your life’.. maybe they did do that back in Africa. Anyway, I do respect them for their superb human ability..
