Hmmm… What a joy. I got myself a new state of the art phone after my old Motorola phone decided to quit serving me. Now I can take photo and upload it here whenever I go running.
This is the 1st photo taken from my new toy, it’s taken while I’m driving home from work.

Sunset.. reminds me of my friend Bobbie..

One of my favorites of all times that helps to keep me healthy. Yes, it comes in a concentrated liquid rather than the raw vege-fruit-tal means. This is the winzip version of your daily green intakes, and it is simply too delicious to ignore !!!

“Growing up you may have been told to eat your greens, but what about your reds, oranges, yellows, whites and blues? The more different colored fruits and vegetables you eat, the more different health promoting properties you are getting. Eating a wide range of colorful vegetables and fruit provides essential vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytonutrients (plant-nutrients) that your body needs to promote good health!
V8 ® 100% Vegetable Juice provides vegetable juices from the following major color groups:
- Red GROUP—tomatoes and beets – provides powerful, natural antioxidants. The antioxidant Lycopene is found naturally in tomatoes, and helps protect against cell damage.
- Orange GROUP—carrots — delivers vitamin A (alpha— and beta—carotene) to help maintain vision and a healthy immune system.
- Green GROUP—V8® provides a sampling from this group of spinach, celery, lettuce, parsley, and watercress — when consumed in sufficient quantities, it helps round out your diet with other vitamins, minerals, and natural antioxidants.”

Well, I guess it’s better to use the official Nike+ Widgets after all. Check out the new link on the right menu.

I’m removing the Nike+ Stats and Nike+ Feeds from this site as its no longer functioning. Constantly showing me ‘db error’ for no reason, and the data was not moving since Aug 07.

I’ll try out some of the new widgets soon to replace this function, till then.
